since some1 is so "craving" for my post xD
izzit time pass too fast?
i m getting older n older,
when i used to be young,
i got fren dat are 20+ y/o
i laugh at them saying they are OLD!
n now its my turn =_=
arghhh, old woman...

owh well,
still rmb last yr,
when goin to college,
tot it will be a longgggggg journey,
n now 1 yr passed another yr n i will be graduating,
which, again i hav to face new enviroment,
wth..the thing dat i hate the most.
haix,
n i dun hav any planning,
just like b4 i graduate high school.
and i reli feel i m not as passionate as some seniors n juniors,
wad a shame?
culinary art isnt easy!
its not an industry dat most ppl said like oni ppl who dont study well so they have to be chef!
must show more effort n hardworking...
but i m a lazy bum haha.
must learn more other dishes !!!
stir fry! curry! chinese soup!cakes! pastry! western food!
should make commitment to myself to learn all these!
n ytd portugal cuisine its a nice thursday =)
finally i get 20 marks for plating,
the score dat i always wanted from hotel cuisine until now.
yet, i nid more improvement, more creative, more imagination, more passionate,
reli thx to chef which share a simple dessert wit me,
marinated strawberry,
omg its heavenly tasty!
classmate~some tips for u guys,
sometimes ask chef 1st b4 throwing some ingredient which looks not dat fresh 1,
he might teach u smth new =)

Last yr june of 1st,
a guy which look cool oni sitting in the auditorium took my attention,
some weird feeling when facing him.
i tot its just a wrong feeling but i felt smth from him too,
but~
i m attached n he is my fren's guy oso,
its been long while after he told me its true wad i felt....
omg omg!!
n now its been 5 months time we tgt.
u may not the rich bf for me,
dun hav very good temper to me, impatient sometimes~
but tq for accepting all of me,
and facing all prob wit me,
tq.


n after 10+ yrs using the same fridge,
it spoiled!!
n mom get a new 1 already xD
