the lecturer oso chged,
mayb its a good thing,
but for sure i hav to thicken my face,

想到昨天在他们面前哭 ，
有点很鱼的感觉。。。
是我脸皮不够后，
给人讲下就哭了，
全部都吓到，
可能他们把我想到太坚强了~
我也不想的，
第一次给人批评到酱，
很吊啦。。。。。。。
在中学从来没有酱过，
可能college 太多“勁友”了。。。
好悲~
突然真的怀念中学，
全部来抢东西吃的时候，
那种光荣的感觉~~~
阿~好好受哦。
现在却没有了。。。
原来日子真的很苦阿！
功课多到，
要做的东西多到，

The Nitemare started......
fucking dam shit feeling,
nvr have such feeling b4,
so fucked up...
all things were SCREWED!
get such a teacher sigh,
reli reli dam jealous at my other team classmate,
serving nice food,
taste good, looks good.
not like mine,
serving food like shit...
haix,
1, my ingredient came at 11 and hav to serve at 12(tot i god?)
2, oven spoil hav to cook at other kitchen.
3,asparagus was overcooked bcoz i go to pick things at other kitchen and forgotten it,damn!
4, since the beef is roasting at other kitchen,its overcooked oso.
5,the wrong shaping of beef wellington.(i nvr c b4,internet show like dat i do like dat la)
6,the beef wellington is done, the pie shell crack when cutting,which turn into shit.
7, at 9 am the chef say stir fry the asparagus,at 11 am she come and say cook it gratinated,(fuck!)
8,i know my product oledi spoil somemore the senior yell loudly my product like shit(i knew dat,u dun hav to mention it so loudly,i know i used ur soup station,sorry for dat!i hav no place to do it.)
9,course should be served after soup,my chef come and make it b4 the soup served,n scold me n my mate coz of making it(not we make it,she make it n come n scold us)
10, my product oledi sux,and the stupid daniu come n ask me again, dutssssssssss!
11, when asking the chef how to present,she said she oso knot present nicely,and call us to observe ppl( we junior 1st group cooking on monday, 2nd group cook on tuesday, how to observe?)
12, sharing the kitchen wit senior wasnt fun at all,equipment not enuf ,n not all of them goin to help us.
13,the cafe open at 12, 12.30 on we done...no display.
after 6months studying in LICHT this is the 1st suckest day i ever had so far,
seriously stress + tension,
so sorry,
i m too emotional today...

after 5 days eat herbalife as breakfast + using the ogawa shake2 machine,
finally,
i had slim down tiny tiny little bit,
quite happy,
but i hav to keep on doing it for better result.
sigh,i think if continue like this for 6 months sure can,
if i can tahan for so long~

i started my diet plan today,
having herbalife product,
i hopes it reli gona work out,
bcoz i have been so fat for such a long time~
wish me luck seriously!
today wasn't a good day for me~
haizzz,
2diff classes combined tgt n running the cafe,
stupid,
the stove not even enough la weh~
somemore the table oso,
combining junior class n senior class are not a brilliant idea,
i know senior's french cuisine for sure will be better den ours,
i cant deny the food is tasty,reli~
so damn less ppl ordered our junior's hotel cuisine,
quite disappointed...
but at last we junior finish our leftover by free,LOL!
feeling quite sorry at my team mate~ MR NICKY!!!!!!!!!!
i think we both get quite low marks,
mayb bcoz of me,
i ruin the sauce TwT,
aiya sorry lo i dint folow the recipe ma~
its reli sour ma,wtf....
the most ridiculous thing...
my lecturer=.=
last saturday i show her the sketch,
she dint mention anything,
today when i preparing the side dished she only come n tell me i m having the wrong cut!

y dint even mention it earlier?

den i m deboning the fish n she keep looking at me only,
n the knife was dull,wathe hell~
so?i cant work so well...
now y m i here typing my blog?
i oso dunno,
i cant get into sleep after i slept for 6hours juz now after i came home..

after we lepak den u all hav to fetch me to ktm,
i know la i m stupid i cant drive=.=

i m having F&B class tmr,
n i m so nervous!
i nvr serves customers,
n i cant speak english well,
n have to wash plates wit leftovers,
n i have to throw the leftover,
which i canot take it,throwing the food to tong sampah!
but ofcoz la,
dun call me eat those leftover la dei,
boloh a?
i think its time for me to turn in~

Oh gosh,
long time i dint update my blog dy~
i was so busy...haha
sem break keep dota ma...
nth to do~
started my sem3,
still ok~
but the timetable reli wtf...
mayb tis sem will very very busy wit alot of assignment~
sigh,
till i cant meet up wit my CHAN WAN BIE!
but he still can fetch me to go my mother's place=)
so good o him~
So freakin nervous,
i gona learn hotel cuisine tis sem,
so excited ,
hopes nth goes wrong wit eat,
serving in college's cafe...
but,
oni lecturers come n eat,
if it was me,
i cant even swallow the food cook from the cafe,
so dam dirty+smelly,
mayb my home's kitchen was too clean~
if my hse kitchen was like dat i would have burn it down n build a new 1 LOL!

the water's color= pee color (=.=")
bcoz those senior dint clean the kitchen fully b4~
although i know every shop's kitchen almost the same,
but atleast i dint go in to c b4~
